Return policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
This policy applies exclusively to items purchased in the Maru + Bo online store (www.maru.bo).
Consumers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, and return the item(s).
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after:
- the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods; or
- in the case of multiple items in one order delivered separately, the day you take possession of the last item.

Using the form is optional, not mandatory. Please always include your order number and a copy of the invoice. The deadline is met if your notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.
- Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional charges for non-standard delivery chosen by you), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
2. Return of Goods
Items must be returned within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice to the warehouse address: Fully d.o.o. , Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
You are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Coupons and Gift Cards
If you used a coupon, it will be treated as a discount; only the amount actually paid will be refunded. A new coupon will be issued.
If you used a Maru + Bo gift card, the refunded amount will be reissued on a new gift card.
4. Non-Conformity of Goods (Complaints)
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
- Consumer Rights
In accordance with the law, you may request:
Restoration of conformity (by replacement, as Maru + Bo does not perform repairs) within 30 days (with a possible extension of up to 15 days).
A proportionate reduction of the purchase price.
Withdrawal from the contract and a refund of the paid amount in cases prescribed by law.
Procedure
- You must describe the non-conformity in detail and submit the claim via the form Complaint – Exercising the Right for Non-Conformity.
- Notification is timely if submitted within two months of discovering the non-conformity.
- The seller will notify you in writing of the resolution within eight days.
- Refunds for Non-Conformity
If you withdraw from the contract due to non-conformity, Maru + Bo will refund the purchase amount immediately, and no later than eight days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
5. Refund Timelines
- Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners), Apple Pay, Google Pay: refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery: refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please provide your IBAN/account number in the Withdrawal Form or when submitting your return request. Processing may take up to 8 business days after we receive your return.
- Coupon / voucher: issued immediately after processing your return.
- You will receive a Refund Confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
